Dear teacher/student
Thank you for your interest in the BitVice MPEG2 Encoder and our special academic discount for non-commercial use of BitVice. In order to ensure fairness to all BitVice customers, we require proof of your academic status.
The best and easiest way for you to do this is to scan a copy of the student ID issued by your school and attach it to your application email addressed to sales@innobits.com. If you scan it at 72dpi grayscale as a JPEG file, that should be sufficient. We would also appreciate it if you could tell us a bit about yourself and how the use of BitVice fits in with your studies. If you are faculty and do not have an ID issued by your institution, please provide a copy of your listing in a faculty directory or other official publication.
Additionally we require that you state your full name, snail-mail and e-mail addresses.
When we have reviewed and validated the above information from you, we will email you a link specially prepared for your academic discount, where you can make the purchase with your credit card.
Note, You don't want emails from Innobits to get lost in any spam filters, so please use an email address where you are sure we can reach you. If you shouldn't receive our email response promptly, contact sales@innobits.com so we can try sending it to another email address.
For European customers a Swedish sales tax, VAT, of 25% will be added.
